Artist: Scott Weichert

A designer and illustrator since 1988, and an Adobe Certified Expert in Illustrator since 2005, Scott specializes in unique, technical, and detail oriented images, often without the use of gradients. His gradient- free images are perfect for a wide array of vector-based applications due to the lack of compatibility issues.

Scott's work has been featured in sbs Digital Design magazine, Adobe Illustrator Techniques newsletter, and the books Adobe Illustrator CS Killer Tips and Adobe Illutrator CS2 Killer Tips. He has written several articles regarding the technical aspects of vector applications and has worked closely with developers to improve the tools he uses.
